Payment on Hold - What to do?
I have been selling art work on e-bay for over 10 years with almost 400 items sold. Exceptional rating and never any negative feedback. I sell military artworks ( historic battle scenes ). The market has fallen off and no artworks have sold for 12 month; until July 29th. My customer received the package on August 1st. The customer messaged me and thanked be for the "awesome" artwork & delivery. I provided him positive buy feed back.
I messaged my customer with instructions for him to send me positive feedback.
Is there more required of Me . Do I just wait for my money ( $195.00) ? How long does this process require ?
Thinking about a future notification to the US Commerce Commission. I can not imagine how much interest free money eBay is withholding from their sellers. Does not seem correct nor ethical.

Is there a U.S. Commerce Commission?
Do they want you to pay them some fee to do something?

·2 years agoThe new or infrequent seller policy makes little sense when it's the same seller selling the same sort of things.

Yeah, that will work.

·2 years agoUSCC will be happy to see that eBay is in full compliance with the rules set forth in the UA that you agreed to when listing an item to sell.

·2 years agoWait is usually 30 days.
If you sell something every month...even just a post card or such...you won't get these 30 days on hold anymore.
"notification to US Commerce Commission"...waste of time....
Everyone goes through this....normal
Your past history unfortunately doesn't count for much as a returning seller.
Good Luck.

Per ebay policy, infrequent sellers may have payments held for 30 days.
10 years makes no difference if there have been no recent steady sales.
There is nothing to report to USCC. When they sell, sellers agree to the terms presented.
