payment on hold is permanent on my account
today i contacted ebay customer service asking them about payment on hold on my account they told me the restriction is permanent and cant be uplifted
how can i resolve this issue
the message from agent is
"I am done reviewing your account, I can see the restriction is permanent It can't be uplifted, I can understand that this i snot what you are expecting from us, but please understand that we can't able to get your restriction uplifted. "
