payment on hold...
Both of my items have been delivered yet i still can't get paid ? Ebay doesn't want to trust new sellers however we get screwed waiting to receive our money after we listed, packaged shipped and delivered what was expected on our part yet can't get paid.... I get there are a lot of scams however far from fair for sellers doing all the work and get treated poorly... i am supposed to wait another 10 days after they ebay already extended the hold time After it was delivered.... Makes no sense ebay.

·2 years agoDon't ship until payment clears! Contact the buyer and inform them that ebay has placed hold on their payment and the item will be delayed. Let them know they can contact ebay customer care to resolve the issue.

·2 years agoYou really need to stop posting this misinformation on the boards, its wrong, inaccurate, and can cause a new seller to lose his account.

·2 years agoActually it makes a lot of sense, Ebay prefers that any refunds come out of your pocket, no theirs.

New and infrequent sellers will experience payout holds for up to 30days.
