Payment Holds
I am a top rated seller of low end sports cards and ship with eBay standard envelope on 95% of my sales. This new payment hold until delivery confirmation is killing me already!! The tracking doesn't work at all and even when the buyer leaves positive feedback you still cant get your money. I am thinking about closing my account and going elsewhere, anyone else have a thought on this?

I use a good old forever stamp...
One lost item supposedly in a few years and we both have maybe the same volume of sales.

Where are you getting your information from?
I'm a seller, I'm not having troubles, not even some troubles.
That said, not "all sellers" as you claim, are having "some troubles".
