All new and infrequent sellers are subject to transaction holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.

You are an infrequent seller, that's good enough reason for eBay to hold your funds for 30-days, no matter the amount. On top of that, out of your 4 sales over the past 90-days, 2 were around $100, 1 at $30, then the one on February 5 was nearly $2,000. That huge sale sends alarm bells off to eBay, especially with an infrequent seller.
Your 30-days ended on March 7 - a weekend. It has not been 31 days nor has it been 34 days. February had 28 days. You can't count days that do not exist.
Unless there is reason for eBay to be concerned, I would expect you to be able to get your funds this week, maybe in the next day or two.
eBay has not ruined anything. They have made the platform safer. It isn't their fault you didn't read how things have changed since you last sold. Then, before you decided to sell a 2k item, you would have already known what to expect rather than causing yourself so much grief. I know it is hard to be patient, but you will get paid.
