If you're talking about buy now and pay later eBay does not have layaway. You have to pay by 4 days.
However, there are companies that will pay it for you like Zip and Klarna, and then they are repaid by debiting your checking account every two weeks for the next 6 weeks.
There is NO WAY to do that (if you are talking trying to 'avoid' the 'up to-30 day hold for new sellers (which also includes 25 yr member/sellers that have NOT sold anything in the past 90 days))
