Partial Refund
I bought an item which should consist 14 items inside in total. I have received one box of goods and found out there's only 7 items inside (which implied there should be 2 boxes which I then confirmed by checking the listing).
I contacted Seller and he offered two solutions:
- return (can't do that, I already started using the items hoping that the Seller will just send the remaining items),
- partial refund (price for half of the items missing minus postage fee - since postage was included in item price).
My question is - can the Seller refund me only on the missing part of the item minus postage cost that was included in the initial price?

·2 years agoSeller made a mistake...not you.
I think seller should cough up the shipping price of the mistake plus the missing items(refund).
I hate it when sellers nickel and dime the buyer.
I suggest you email seller politely and businesslike for the error seller made.
There should be some sort of courtesy refund which I think it should be shipping. Just my opinion.
And tell seller you will be a happy camper for the shipping refund.

The seller can pitch that to you through the claim, but you'll have to agree. I'd hold out for the item + s&h. Good luck.

Can I ask what does s&h stand for?

Shipping & Handling. If you paid the shipping cost for the item not sent, you deserve that money back, too, in my opinion.
