Package Delivered, Tracking Info Never Updated
I sold an item, and received confirmation from the buyer that it was delivered. However, through some quirk of UPS, it was never scanned in as received, only as 'label created.' So ebay has it listed perpetually as 'awaiting delivery' even though it's been delivered. How can I fix this and receive my funds?

·Aug 13, 2026 at 7:17 PM@legohead6039 It sounds like the carrier did not scan it when they delivered it. Be thankful the buyer has not opened an Item Not Received. You can call UPS to see if they can scan manually override and mark it delivered. Otherwise you will just have to wait it out, possibly the full 30 days from the last estimated delivery date, depending on why your payments are on hold. I would not message the buyer any more. You keep bothering them they can open an INR, which you will lose. It won't matter that they told you in a message they got it.
