Those other people are allowed to sell because either the seller is approved by eBay to dropship because they have a contract with a wholesale warehouse or they are dropshipping items from Amazon and haven't been caught yet.
Many of your Free Shipping items cost more to ship than you are charging for the item, and this can only mean free shipping because you are abusing your prime membership with Amazon.
You are not allowed to buy from a retail business and have them ship to your customer.

Drop shipping by purchasing an item from another site and shipping to your buyer is not allowed on eBay. You must own the products or have a formal warehousing agreement.
Effective April 1, 2025 the policy applies to items shipped by a seller from a warehouse in a country different from the seller’s. You will need to apply for approval to list your items. Here is the full policy:

We are 5 person together selling on ebay on same process but my account have block for overseas wearhouse policy but another 4 person still can selling ebay. We also create and selling from same location. Note I saw another more person create account on ebay and they can listing, they not facing the same problem. If I have any violence, any wrong or break guidelines so It was marked and must I have to say that. If they dont saying so how I could found my fault.?

·1 year agoDropshipping is allowed, if it's done right.
Selling here, then buying the item through Amazon or another retail site and having them ship to your buyer is not the right way to do it.
You can have your Ebay and Amazon account shut down.
The other people doing it either hasn't been caught or reported yet.

Do you think that you will have a successful sale on a product which is not packaged for retail sale other than on Amazon?
You are unlikely to be selling on Ebay for much longer.
