our 1099K forms ... were are they and when are they coming ..
they told me ever would be ready on the 23rd . and what other report do i need for my tax person... ebay doesnt make it easy .. both forms should be front and center for every one .. they report our money to the IRS i want the right forms to file thanks Candy

·3 years agoThe IRS recently said "nevermind, not till next year", so if you do not live in a state that has already adopted the lower reporting threshold, you will not get one.

How do I know if my state (South Carolina) has adopted the lower threshold? (I have not received a 1099K)

Do a google search on South Carolina's income tax regulations.
I think South Carolina accepted, for its citizens, all the rights and responsibilities of being part of the United States of America close to 149 years ago. One of those responsibilities is now paying federal income taxes on, well, our incomes.
