On the 22nd eBay said I would receive a payout next day. Now it says I won't receive a payout.
On the 22nd yesterday eBay said I would get my first payout on the 23rd after being restricted with a blue banner. Now, all I get is a red banner under both summary and payout saying my payouts are on hold. Doesn't make any sense. The same thing happened a month ago.

OP1 year agoThere is nothing in the messages or anywhere else that explains why they are holding my payouts after telling me I would get payouts. I see that many other sellers are having payout problems.
