Notice says my "ebay name" and my bank account name don't match. Where do I find my Ebay Name?
I can't recieve a payment made because it says my "ebay name" doesn't match my bank account name. I don't know why that would be. How to I find out (and change?) my EBAY NAME?

·2 years agoI applied my card,which is a cashapp card but both card and eBay accounts have my name,its stating"You can't use this card for payouts because the name on the card doesn't match your eBay account",which again both my accounts have my name.I am just trying to get my refund on an item I purchased and seller made a honest mistake on listing,she canceled order and refunded my $$$.I used my cashapp card which again has my name on it.I am confused. I got the cancelation and refund confirmation,but I haven't received any updates on cashapp,probably cause it takes 3-7 business days? Does anybody know?

·2 years agoSame thing is happening to me, the names match only difference is the name on my Debit card is all caps, other than that names match. I have contacted support numerous times and still no fix

·2 years agoYou need a checking account through a real bank, CashApp is not a bank.
