not full refund
I ordered a part on ebay and the seller canceled the order right away and said they would return full payment my to my gift card and they did not refund what I paid only about half was added to my card I emailed the seller a few times and got one email back to check my card again and I have several times and It is still short and they quit responding Any help is appreciated Second post first one got deleted

·3 years agoContact eBay and tell them you paid with a gift card and the seller cancelled the order right away but you were only refunded half your payment on your card and you want all your payment refunded.
