Non payment on a buy it now
An Ebayer made an offer on an item on the "buy it now," that I was selling and I accepted. He has been sent 2 invoices and I haven't heard from him.It has been 6 days and Ebay stated I could cancel the sale.
How do I do that and not pay the commission since there hasn't been a sale?

·2 years ago96 hours from the last time you sent an invoice, cancel the order and select nonpayment as the reason.

·2 years agoYou are mistaken, there has been a sale. The sale hasn't been paid.
Cancel choosing not paid.
And stop sending invoices. eBay does that. No need for you to send an invoice unless you changed the shipping cost.

·2 years agoYou're welcome. When you cancel using unpaid as the reason the fees will be credited back except for the small transaction fee.
