There is, unfortunately, no eBay requirement that a seller get tracking or share the tracking information with the buyer.
When you made your purchase, you saw an estimated date of delivery. If/when you've not received your purchase by then, and there's no evidence per tracking of the item moving through the system, you can open an item not received case with eBay one day after that date.

·5 months agoWhen (at least) one day has passed beyond the Estimated Delivery Date on the order, open an Item Not Received claim.
