No customer care or service
Ebay has sent me an email telling me that they are taking money from my account with no specified reason. I contacted ebay first through the assistant and finally after promises all weekend that i would be called first thing i got through to them finally monday afternoon to be told that my call back was scheduled sometime this week ??? Not only that they have said it is a postage cost that they are passing on but will not supply the details. Dishonest fraudulent and complete lack of customer service or care. Wont let me close account until i have paid amount but still wont give me detailsĀ
