Need help
So I have sold around 88 dollars worth of stuff and my total funds is 72 but it is saying my next payout is negative. I don’t know what to do and I haven’t received a single payout yet can someone help?

·5 months agoSeeing as how you are a new seller, sometimes payments can be on hold for up to 30 days. And seeing as how you sell baseball cards, im also assuming you are shipping them via eBay standard shipping? My guess would be that you have paid to ship the items already, which was deducted from the "available funds" making it appear in the negative. But assuming there is also funds "processing" that have not yet been cleared yet. If so, once that money clears and shows up in your "available funds" will you then be able to send a payout.

What does it says is "Available" and what does it say is "Processing"?
You can also check the "Recent Activity" and find those 4 sold cards. Under them will either say "processing", meaning the funds arent available for you to receive as a payout. Or they will say "completed", meaning you can send those funds as a payout.

·5 months agoCheck your account summary. It gives details of all charges. You can find out why you are at -6. You will have to wait for your payout. There is nothing we can do to make the payout go any faster.

·5 months agoWas item(s) promoted?...promoted fees are immediately taken out of any 'available funds' usually right away if items are sold...thus it could be this negative showing.
And as a new or infrequent seller funds on a sale(s) are on hold for 30 days.
So, that negative balance might be deducted in 3 days from your payment source on record.

Are you aware that eBay will hold new sellers' funds for up to 30 days?
Do you have a bank account set up to receive funds?
