my sellers account was temporary restricted on 6/25/23 then it went to permanently suspended.
I have submitted my paperwork for 2 items that I sold on eBay on April of 2023 and then on June 21, 2023 and I waited for eBay after getting an email from them that my eBay sellers account was temporary suspended. On July 3rd after submitting the paper work for the 2 items I sold was then sent an email that the account would be permanently suspended. I have been waiting for the release of my funds since June 21, 2023 then after checking the payment after it gave me an estimate release date of July 22, 2023 it showed that the payout was complete for payout on July 21, 2023 now after checking with customer service it has now been told to me I will have to until 60-72 days to get my money to my payment method on my account.

·3 years agoWhen an infrequent seller without a long and proven history has many high fraud, high theft items, ebay takes extra steps to verify that sellers obtained those items legally. There have been so many smash and grabs that ebay wants their sellers to prove their sources. It sounds like ebay doesn't feel comfortable with you.

OP3 years agoI have been selling on eBay since 2012 and everybody a selling apple iPads all day every day so I sold one and it was mine legitimately and my sellers account had 100% feedback.

·3 years agoYou have sold 1 item twice in the last year.
When you started on eBay doesnt matter.
No sales in the last 90 days and sellers are considered new.
Also doesn't matter what everybody else is doing.
Hopefully you will not get a return request or a charge back on the item and eventually you will receive the money.
