My payoneer account befor active was closed!!!
I was waiting for activation my account, and they ask me some documents for my address!
and i sent ,
but today i received and email that my account is closed and all card is deactivate.
whiteout any reason !!
is it Normal??
even i can not ask support any help!
what can i do?

·5 months agoThere's nothing you can do here on Ebay.
You'll need to contact Payoneer.

·5 months agoYou would have to speak to Payoneer about that. I know they can be difficult to get ahold of and work with, but eBay cannot help you, and certainly no one here has any ability to help.
The sellers on this board are mostly US-based and we are not familiar with the requirements or processes for Payoneer since we don't use it in the US. I suggest you check the relatively new eBay Export Community to see if anyone there has any suggestions: https://export-community.ebay.com/
