Money was taken from my bank account but the order was not created
Hello, my money was taken from my bank account but the order was not created.
I made the payment and eBay took the money from my bank account but the order didn't process it. I tried once again and the order went through but I got charged TWICE!
Do you know how solve this problem by returning the money from the first attempt?

·2 years agoIs one of the charges just a hold put on the funds until the payment clears?
If it is, the hold will be removed.
