Money on hold
Hello there I’m just wondering why they holding my money in feb 7 for nothing I order my items in February 4 and paid for it + shipping and the bank holding my money and it’s not showing me for what and there is no items showing up to my list and the bank says it on hold for 15 days tell we confirmed your payment from the seller when I contacted the seller he said it’s not us and we can’t contact eBay for it I need someone to help me here I don’t what’s going on

If you purchased and paid for something on eBay the seller ships when eBay says you paid. eBay will not tell the seller you paid unless the payment cleared.
eBay doesn't process your payment, ADYEN is their payment processor.
After you pay eBay can put the cleared payment on hold to the seller if they are a new or infreqent seller. That is not the bank doing it, it's eBay doing it.
I have been on eBay a good long time and I have never heard of eBay telling a buyer their payment is on hold. They will tell a seller their payout is on hold but they need to go ahead and ship. The seller cannot wait until the hold has been released to ship. They have to ship within their handling time.
You said, "the bank holding my money." I am sorry if I misunderstand but I never heard of a bank withholding the payment their customer (you) made if there were funds to cover the payment.

The seller or eBay has nothing to do with that. Call your bank.
