Missing Payment, No Record Of Sold Item In MP, Pending, Payout etc.
I shipped an item last Weds. but have not been paid, nor is there any record of this item in my pending payments, all transactions etc. It is like it has completely disappeared, never existed. The only place to find it is under my sold listings(wood carving of Madonna and Child for $152.00). The tracking information is available also. I have sold items since this piece with those payments pending, but this sold listing, paid and shipped has completely disappeared from any records. I sure need this money during hard times...how can you sell an item, have it paid for and shipped, yet have no record of the transaction. Oh, with the exception that ebay did deduct the shipping label cost from my payments. Anyone else having to deal with this?

·2 years agodid you ever get a resolution to this, Ebay just did the same thing to me. item sold. but no record of the money, only charged me for a shipping label. i m aware of MP and this isnt the issue. there is zero record of this transaction except for the listing and the shipping payment
