I cannot believe there isn't a phone number to speak with a person. I am so upset because they are not following their money-back guarantee policy. Three different sellers sold me six fraudulent American Eagle Coins and eBay won't let you speak with a person and won't refund me my money back. That is just wrong.

·9 months agoAre those three sellers the three Chinese sellers with the horrible feedback scores? If those were the sellers of those coins you have missed the return for a refund window with eBay. Maybe try with your payment source.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee eBay offers is really good but only in the given time frame of 30 days of delivery for most items.
It's a common complaint on these forums about counterfeit coins from China. Best to avoid buying them in the future. Myself I won't buy anything from them online, coins or anything else...................

This site is all automated.
as @participatrophy stated, follow the 30 day MBG.
If you waited past 30 days- then you are out of luck anyway, even if there is someone to talk to.
You can then try your credit card company, if you used one.

·9 months agoHow long ago were they sold to you? eBay's MBG is good for 30 days. As long as you're still within that time period, all you need to do is go to each order and choose the Return option from the dropdown menu. Select "not as described" for the reason on the next page and follow the prompts from there.
