MC011 restriction due to proof of delivery
Two months ago I received an unusual amount of orders and eBay blocked my payouts (and listings) until I deliver every single order (what has to be confirmed by tracking info or feedback). Nothing bad was made by me, they restricted my account just in case.
Just to make it clear: I have over 1000 orders completed since 2011, got a Top Seller badge and 100% feedback.
I have fulfilled all my obligations to buyers: sent every single order, attached all tracking numbers (as always), satisfied two claims (0.1% of orders), but the irony is that about 10% of shipments never get tracked and buyers never leave feedback and never respond.
When I write to Customer Service I get scripted replies without getting to the heart of the matter at all. I started to think, that there's no living person on that side of the contact form, only bots, who scan keywords in my email and respond with random replies. I am afraid that my account will never get unblocked and I will never see the money spent. If I knew that I would not receive my payouts, I could simply not send the goods, but now I have neither the goods nor the money.
I am willing to make refunds on those 10% untrackable orders just to return my account with its payouts, but I have no one to talk to about this. They respond to me with template emails that are not even on the subject of my email.
I am in Ukraine, and the solution of this issue is vital for me and my family. I hope this is clear. I've read that eBay has a seller protection program, but I've never seen it.
Please advise who I should contact to get this issue resolved.
