"Make an offer" option debting funds; not allowing you to choose which account. | Payments

This was covered back in 9/2023 posts, but it still seems to be an issue-I "make an offer", seller accepts the offer, and my funds (via PayPal) are immediately debted. The problem is I am not given the option to CHOOSE which account (registered with PayPal) that I want the funds debted from. That was always an option given before a purchase. Annoying.
