Lost payput
Hi everyone so I have been fighting with eBay since Oct of last year for them to send my 1641.91 to someone who I reported that hacked my acct and updated my baking info. Over and over I called them and they treated me like I was the hacker and the one who stole someone else acct and I hadn't I just reported mine being compromised. Anyway I have finally been able to access the acct again but now the issue is the evolve bank acct they sent my funds to has over 400,000 partners and they can't find the payout with the last four of the acct and without the trace number or first 4 of the acct number I've tried to find the full acct number and can't seem to find it on my of the reports so that money is just up in the air Or I. Someone else's hands is there a way to get the trace number which is jus a 15 digit number or the full bank acct number ??

·1 year agoyou have been given more than plenty of information, if none of that has worked for then you can reach out to the BBB and file a complaint and/or reach out to the office of the comptroller and be a squeaky wheel.
nobody here is going to be able to assist you any more than they already have.

·1 year agonot being rude at all, sorry if you took it that way but you have posted repeatedly on this over and over and over.
there is no NEW information to provide, you were given all the information you need to proceed on this
and what would I do? I would do what has been suggested already. if none of that works then I would proceed to an outside agency which has also already been suggested.
I can only suggest having all your ducks in a row, document everything and have verifiable PROOF
i.e. bank statements, ebay statements.
and if all else fails, find a lawyer
nobody here works for ebay so at this point your just barking up a empty tree

You should be able to get the trace number from the payments section.

OP1 year agoI don't think I can it does however give me the bank reference number but the bank said it's 15 digits long only numbers no letters I've looked everywhere and all over the eBay site and web view and app I'm just not finding it but that's the only way to verify where it was actually sent or the first four of the acct number not last four the first they said they can't give that to me everytime I speak with eBay

OP1 year agoI did exactly wat u told me to step by step over and over and the only thing j see is a 15 digit number and letter starting with a letter N and the bank said no that's not it that it's numbers only I can't find it so if that one it talking bout is the trace number the bank is telling me no that is the wrong one numbers only

OP1 year agoIt's not a trace number from there fed ach bank transfer that's the one I need
