Lost in shipping
I shipped a comic and it did not get to the buyer. I have no tracking on it, though I thought tracking it would be possible some way. Reprinting the shipping label would cost, but I am not sure it would be the same tracking label. Any thoughts? Anyone?

·2 weeks ago@petegre-22 Go to your "Seller Hub" page, & click on "Orders" on the upper left-hand side of the page -- then scroll down to "Shipping labels" -- click on that.
You will be sent to the "Track and manage your shipments" page -- scroll down to the item in question.
If you had actually purchased your label through eBay, the tracking number should be listed under the column marked "In transit."
If you had purchased from another source, you may be out of luck.

OP2 weeks agoDavey, Davey Crockett… King of the wild frontier! That was the best information! I got the tracking code and it says it was delivered to San Diego, not West Virginia, where I mailed it to. I’m not sure what to do next.

If not, do nothing until your owner opens an "item not received" case.
Then re-check the USPS delivery information, as it may have been misdirected by USPS, which happens more often than you might believe.

OP2 weeks agoYes. I shipped it. with Davy Crockett’s help I found in the sellers hub the tracking number and that it was delivered somewhere in San Diego.

OP2 weeks agoThe shipping label. On all my delivered comics I have a tracking number. For this one not delivered, but shipped, I have no tracking number. It gives me the option to print a shipping label still. I suppose it's possible I put it in another box I shipped and never printed out the shipping label for it. A puzzlement.
