listing an item that was removed from listing and charging me
I had listed an item last year. but then I decided to remove it from the listing and had removed it last year. somehow eBay sold the item this year to a buyer and I had been disputing that I dont have the item. I also messaged the buyer that I dont have the item and asked him to cancel the buy request.
To my utter shock, eBay has charged my checking account $18.14 for something I did not accept to sell, the item I dont have, the item that I removed from listing last year. this is fraudulent activity by eBay.
I request eBay to pls stop doing this and credit my account back with the charges.
the funny thing is, they dont even have a phone number to call and talk to. The website is super complicated. I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM EBAY.
