Linking Paypal Credit instead of Paypal to auto payments with bids & offers
With all the new auto payments for bids & offers, how do I link it to my Paypal Credit account instead of Paypal account. Use to be able to change when making payments, now with auto it's only linked to one. I've changed my Paypal Credit to primary on Paypal account, but still ebay is charging regular Paypal account. Like using Paypal Credit on high end items for 6 month free finance. - Help Please

·1 year agoYou don't link your Paypal Credit. It is an option inside of Paypal itself, but not something that exists separately from Paypal as an independent option. Paypal Credit is a Credit line - not fast cash. The Credit is restricted now in it's usage for certain purchases such as international orders (foreign banking laws make it unavailable) or for purchase of items not yet released (no preorders).
You have to select Paypal during checkout every time independently & let Paypal determine during that process if it is eligible for Paypal Credit use. Each transaction requires you, as making a credit purchase, to go through the entire set of rules, regulations, etc. as part of banking laws in general, as part of their due diligence on fraud identification.
