Keep getting email asking for additional information for my Tax Exemption request.

I submitted my ST-120 NYS Tax Resale certificate 5 times. I keep getting an email telling me I need to submit further information but they don't say what they want. What do I do? There is no place on the website to handle this. How do I contact eBay?

Does the name on the ST120 match the name on your ebay account? Not just the name of the authorized person but the entity

First you use this link https://www.ebay.com/help/contact?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000

That will get you a chatbot. Explain to the bot, then ask to speak to a person. You may have to do this more than once. With luck a rep will call you back. You have to keep trying.
