item sold and delivered still on July 7th. Funds still on hold

I sold my item, provided tracking number, buyer let me know they received the item in good conditions as of today 7-19-26, Still not showing on ebay as delivered. On 7-11-26 I spent 30 minutes going around and around with a customer service via chat , and provided proof that it was delivered. When I ask for a manager or supervisor the agent surprisingly suddenly understood what I was trying to tell him and agent said he mark it as delivered and I should have my money within seven days. It is still showing on hold and still not marked at delivered. This is not my first time selling on ebay and I never have had this issue. I asked the agent if ebay had and email or physical address I could send the proof too. The agent did not provided either. Any help in solving this issue would be very appreciated. Thank you.

·3 weeks ago@mklibra The agents you spoke with have no authority to release payments. Payments are released automatically when the algorithms in place dictate the release.
The agents often tell sellers what they want to hear to get them off the phone.
