Item Shipped and delivered, buyer did not receive item, my payment was held, eBay got paid by UPS
i reached out to eBay they said file a claim with eBay.
I clicked on the link and it gave me an error saying "this tracking number is not insured"
So long story short. Item Shipped and delivered, buyer did not receive item, my payment was held, eBay got paid by UPS.
I am not sure how to proceed? this is a total loss for me, I also saw an error that said I didn't ship in time, when I shipped the next day? but that is a whole separate issue for $28

·3 years agoEbay did not get paid by UPS. You used Ebay shipping and printed the shipping and paid UPS but through the ebay system. This makes it a pain to file a claim since UPS considers Ebay the shipper but you are NOT going to get paid if the packages shows delivered.

·3 years agoDid the buyer open a case? If yes, go to the case and write in the tracking # if it shows delivered. Make sure that it shows delivered. The case should close. See if you can escalate it to speed things up. Again, make sure that it shows delivered. You are NO longer responsible for that package. Insurance will NEVER pay if the package shows delivered. Your buyer has to check around to see if the box was placed behind a bush or tossed into the backyard. Perhaps a family member or neighbor has it and forgot to give it to the buyer. DO NOT REFUND. You are no longer responsible as long as the package shows delivered to buyers zipcode and you shipped to the address on the payment.
