Item sent USPS with no tracking- now $$ issues
I sent out item to buyer via 1st class USPS mail (and have the receipt), without tracking on 12.23.25. Still waiting for funds to be released as eBay has no way to verify receipt. I have requested feedback from buyer twice, but no response as of yet. "Live" eBay support was useless. I dont have my DUE funds, but eBay collected theirs. I have learned my lesson, but looking for help or ideas

·9 months agoYou most likely just need to wait for the 30 day MBG to pass since no tracking to show it arrived

Feedback won't do anything.

You need to ship with tracking to have proof of delivery, without it your funds will be held for up to 30 days to make sure the buyer does not open a refund request. Feedback will not change this.
By shipping without tracking you are also vulnerable to an item not received refund. If a buyer opens an item not received refund request you will have to refund since you have no proof of delivery. The only proof that is accepted is online tracking with a delivery scan from the carrier.
Your money will be paid after the full hold time.
