What kind of update are you expecting? This is a user forum, we can't see or update anything on your account, but almost anything you would need would be something you would do yourself, not wait for. The only thing I can imagine is that you have just set up your account and are waiting on Payoneer to approve your account and then that to be linked to eBay, and that can take a few weeks.
