When I send an invoice, whether for a single item or multiple items sold to same buyer...the invoice is incorrect. It only charges the original asking price not the actual sold for price.Also....it does not remove the item from active sales. So I have people trying to buy an item that is already sold but still appears as available.I have had two conversations with Ebay about this and they agree there is an issue but only say they will refer it to IT dept and nothing gets fixed and I do not receive a call back.Has anyone else had this issue? Anyway to fix?
