International sale can't pay
I have a sale to Germany. They have been trying to pay for it for over two hours. I've sent the invoice, cancelled and relisted, sent another invoice and they keep saying they can not pay. I've asked ebay and the computer I'm "talking/chatting " with doesn't understand. Is anyone else dealing with this issue at this time?
