When you click on this link, do you see your user ID on this page?
User IDs are masked on this page, so only the buyer (and the seller) can see their user ID if they have made an offer or a purchase on that item. Everyone else sees the masked IDs.
I see that one person made an offer yesterday (which was declined) and has today made another offer, which is currently pending. If that was you, then your preauthorization for the current offer would still be pending.
As posted above, it's probably a temporary hold due to the failed purchase.
Give it a few days and check the original payment source, if it was a gift card the money will be returned to that.
It's like a credit card, they make sure you have available money by putting a "hold" on those funds. If the sale never goes through the release the funds back to the card. This can take up to 7 days but is usually sooner.

Was this a gift card?
Did you try signing out and back in?
It's possible it was a temporary payment hold and will eventually be credited back to your card.
