If you're using a freight forwarder in a state that Ebay has to collect sales tax for, I think there is a form you can fill out to get the sales tax refunded, but not sure where it's at.

·11 months agoBuy items that ship directly to Poland and you will not pay sales tax.

·11 months agoyou would have to reach out to ebay and provided them with your tax exempt information/paperwork and have it applied to your account as a buyer. Not sure how it would work with exporting, you would have to ask them, nobody here can answer that directly unless they have first hand knowledge. even then it could vary from country to country.
