"I sold something and used the online shipping labels, I was charged as was the buyer."
"Will I be reimbursed?"
No, you will not be reimbursed. There is nothing to be reimbursed.
Your buyer paid $8.50 for the item AND your buyer also paid, estimated, a $13.00 shipping cost for Priority Mail. When YOU, the seller, "used" -- purchased -- "online shipping labels", you spent that $13.00.
The system has worked precisely as it was intended, planned, and programmed.

·2 years agoBuyer pays eBay item + shipping + sales tax.
eBay takes selling fees on that total amount.
eBay remits sales tax to buyer's state.
eBay sends the balance item + shipping (less fees) to the seller.
Seller uses the funds to buy a shipping label.
eBay gave you the buyer's shipping money after taking out their fees so you can use it to purchase the label. View your transaction details here:

·2 years agoYou're misunderstanding the way it works.
Buyer paid for your item, shipping charge and if applicable, sales tax.
Money goes into your MP account.
From those funds, you use their shipping payment to purchase a shipping label.
Buyer pays you, you pay USPS through ebay. Label is only paid for once.
