I live in Hong Kong, and I have been overcharged on shipping by Ebay. I am trying to speak to a customer service representative but its almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. There is an option in Help to get ebay to call you but it only allows you to input US or Canada phone numbers. In the past, there was a webchat option but that option is suddenly just gone? How do I get in touch with someone?
