I live in Taiwan and ship out items from Taiwan, why I received 1099K form ?
I checked the regulation see if I match one of the following status from IRS, and I am not match any of those status.
a. You are a U.S. citizen or a green card holder and have resided outside of the United States for at least 330-days in at least one of the last 3 years
b. You are not a U.S. citizen, not a green card holder and not have met the 183days Substantial Presence Test in US in at least one of the last 3 years
Should I file tax ?

You have been a registered Ebayer since 2002 in the USA

·1 year agoSince you are registered with eBay as a US seller you must have a US bank account to get paid so you are responsible for US taxes.
