The day after I indicated that I wanted to close my acct they charged my monthly fee again a few days early (Just to get it in one more time I guess) They keep sending me the same email saying ---Thanks for sending us your request to close your account. We need some help from you before we can complete the process.Here's what you need to doPay your outstanding fees and selling costs by making a onetime payment.Once this is done, send us a new request to close your account and we'll be happy to finish the process for you.We're sorry to see you go. It was sent from an address that doesn't accept incoming email.I go to the ACCT Balance and it says I have a ZERO Balance Due!I click that I want to close my acct and it says I will be notified when it has been closed.Then I get the SAME EXACT email again and again!How convenient that you cant contact them by email, and there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call for customer service! This has only made me want to get away from Ebay even more! Help!
