I go to the ACCT Balance and it says I have a ZERO Balance Due!
I click that I want to close my acct and it says I will be notified when it has been closed.
Then I get the SAME EXACT email again and again!
How convenient that you cant contact them by email, and there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call for customer service!
This has only made me want to get away from Ebay even more!
Help!

Don't worry about closing your account because if eBay gets wind of that they'll close your account asap.

Generally, it takes 14 days to close an account from the date we receive a request, though it may take up to 60 days if you've had any transactions, payments, claims or disputes in the previous 30 days.

If you've had recently made sales eBay will not close your account for at least 60 days to ensure your buyers don't open returns or chargebacks.
