·9 months ago@kensgiftshop gave you a great initial breakdown. I just wanted to add that if you didn't follow these steps to cancel the shipping label you didn't use (assuming the one you didn't use was one purchased here on eBay), you need to do this now before it's too late, if you want a refund of that unused label.
Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for (the unused label, not one you ended up using), then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
https://www.ebay.com/lbr/labels-history/my-ebay
You have 28 days from the date you printed the label to cancel it. The refund takes up to 21 days for USPS labels.

·9 months agoSo much disconnect here...to start, was the item sold for $100 or was that the total after shipping and taxes added? The post office doesnt print labels on eBay, you do when you click "buy postage now". Buyer paid you the shipping amount so you could then purchase the shipping label with those funds. Did your listing charge the buyer the full $46 for shipping? Not sure if the label you cancelled was the one printed on eBay, and then you took the item to the USPS to pay for another label or not.
If you did sell for $100, sales tax est $9, and shipping $46 your total sale should show around $154. But @kensgiftshop points out it only sold for $61...I don't know, Im not looking it up, but if so, you didn't cover the postage in the sale
Btw, as mentioned, it does take 2-3 weeks to be refunded from the post office as they make sure the label is not used. Also, you will not be notified of any refund, it just appears as a credit in your account

It only sold for $61 and after $46 to ship and fee's, there wouldn't be a lot left.
Lawsuit for what?
If you didn't use a shipping label you bought through Ebay and voided it, it'll be refunded, but it'll be 3 to 4 weeks before you get the refund.
