·1 year agoOn your my eBay page go to the account tab and then to summary. That will show any charges or fees.
Did you use any extra cost listing services?

Check your payment transaction page and click on see details to determine the reason for the charge.
Is it possible you added a non-refundable listing upgrade to your auctions, like a reserve price?

Also - your shipping is set up incorrectly. You are advertising Freight shipping which is for oversized items. I am sure you're not shipping CDs using Freight from Brazil to the US.
You need to set up shipping with either "standard shipping from outside the US" as the service or "economy shipping from outside the US."
