I cannot receive my funds
I shipped an item and the buyer has received the item. I sent it through usps with tracking but something went wrong. Now the buyer has had the item over a week and I still haven't been paid. My account says funds will be available 3 days after the buyer has received it.? What can I do/ what am I supposed to do? Please help me

·5 months agoYou are a new or infrequent seller and the payment holds could be 30 days.
