I bought an item but I was charged twice at the same hour and day

I have bought a book but the payment went out twice at the same exact time and day, I did not go through the payment twice this happened automatically. The item is being sent to me and I have received two invoices.

How do I get a refund for one of the items?

I think one is a hold (pending) until the actual payment clears. Then it will disappear.
