Based on the feedback you have left for sellers, I suspect that you are not very good at choosing the sellers or items you purchase online.

Best you refrain from online shopping.

NOPE. I have had but a few issues purchases on ebay. Those issues are because of ebay and not the sellers.

I am having the same issues with EBay. After 25 years I will be going elsewhere with 90% of my purchases. You cannot use a digital EBay gift card purchased thru the Kroger Gift mall website. When you try to apply and then pay any leftover balance due, it crashes. Eats your gift card and doesn't pay the transaction. Then you get to spend an hour "chatting" with someone and eventually must PROVE you purchased the card by sending them infinite jpegs and jumping thru their hoops because their platform doesn't support the gift card they are selling both online and in Fred Meyer grocery stores. Just deleted my watchlist and purchased both items from Amazon.

Many consumer protection advocates and enforcement bodies, recommend not using gift cards for any online purchases. Between the fraud schemes and lack of consumer protections compared to credit and debit cards, the risks outweigh any benefits.

NONE of those issues affect me. How my transaction with a seller is an issue is one that an automated "customer service" issue does not exist and a live agent does not get involved. Strange as it may sound, I got the product, I also got a refund, the seller got left holding the bag. AND Ebay has no smooth way to solve that issue.

If the seller issued a refund, then you received the item later, there's nothing Ebay will do.

You and the seller work it out.
