Hung up on by Ebay representative

Got a chance to speak with ebay and while on hold they hung up on me and no updates thereafter. IF this a common occurance?
After explaining the situation and discussing the matter i was put on hold for 5 minutes and then i hear them click back in and call disconnected. No follow up or anything. Sure seems like common courtesy to at least call me and update me with what the reuslts were. If not , an email or something.
I guess that is what the 13.6% gets me, Nothing.
