How to link a bank account
I was an ebay seller for a long time , but hadn't tried to sell anything for the last several years ( I have continued as a buyer). I want to start selling again but can't seem to figure out how to change my linked bank account to a new bank (to recieve money from ebay for items I have sold). I see where I can change "payments" for buying but not change accounts for receiving money. Help Please

·10 months agoI'm having the same problem, I have a 2020 Macbook air using chrome and the only options they give me is debit/credit, paypal or venmo. Is there any other way to find the bank account option besides changing over to a newer Mac (which is like not an option for me)?? Thanks!

OP1 year agoI am in sellerhub...i see a "payments" drop down menu. Nothing on the drop down about changing checking account. Nothing on the payments page either. At least I can't see it

OP1 year agoI was on a MAC ( an old one with an old version of chrome)
I changed over to a newer MAC with a newer OS and newer version of chrome
and I was able to find the add bank screen (which still doesn't show up on the old one)

·1 year agoUnder the Payments tab, in the Summery section, under Your Preferences you should see Payouts and Payout Method.

I think the OP is mostly looking for his payout method account change, not just payment method for selling costs.

I'm on a PC, and I don't see that under the Seller Hub > Payments tab, either. At least if on a PC, you need to actually click on the word Payments (or Summary in the drop-down box). Toward the bottom of the page that comes up, you'll see "Your Preferences" and "Payouts" and "Selling Costs", where you can make the changes you need.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD:
On a PC, as long as you're logged in: At the top left of most, if not all, eBay pages, just to the left of "Daily Deals" you'll see "Hi, [your name]". Click on the down arrow there, click on "Account Settings", on the resulting page go over to just under "Payment Information" and click on "Payments" -- Cards and Accounts, where you can change your checking account and set your preferred methods for both payouts and purchases. You can figure out the rest from there.
I hope this helps... I do this anytime I need to change any payment information including checking account or card updates for payments on my purchases.

In the Seller Hub, click the Payments tab and near the bottom, there's an area to update your checking account details.
